We provide free delivery for our products. The dispatch time is 5-7 Days. Delivery time ranges between 3 - 5 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy
At DRIIMI, we want every child to feel comfortable and confident in our clothing. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist you with size exchanges or exchanges for defective items.
Eligibility for Exchange
No refunds will be issued. Exchanges are allowed only for:
1. Wrong size
2. Manufacturing defect
3. Customers must inform us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Conditions for Exchange
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide you with an alternative option. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products.
